The ingredients for this strawberry banana smoothie are listed below.

You'll see that many of the typical components for a creamy smoother are not required.

To make it creamy, there is no milk, yogurt, or dairy products.

Just two healthy, natural ingredients combine to create a smoothie that is vegan and made from plants.


What you'll need is as follows:

  1. Frozen strawberries: These berries are simple to purchase and store, and they give this smoothie a lovely frosty feel.

  2. Fresh banana: Since we don't always have frozen bananas on hand, smoothie recipes that ask for them are our pet annoyance. In order for you to prepare it right away, we modified this recipe so that it uses a fresh banana.

  3. Ice and water: Simply add a little water to the smoothie's body to help it mix, then add ice for the ideal frothy texture.

You may experiment with a few more flavor combinations to change up the taste of your strawberry banana smoothie!


Although we believe it to be wonderful as is, you may always try:


  • Lemon: Add the juice of 1 slice of lemon to the dish to improve the tastes.

  • Vanilla: To enhance complexity, add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.

  • Basil or mint: For a herbaceous twist, use a few fresh basil or mint leaves.

  • Pineapple: Frozen berries can be used in place of 1 cup of frozen pineapple.
